The invention provides a hydraulic grouting pump which comprises a pump head cylinder block, a pump head grout sucking opening, a pump head grouting opening, a pump head piston and a hydraulic device. The pump head cylinder block is used for containing grout. The pump head grout sucking opening is used for sucking the grout into the pump head cylinder block. The pump head grouting opening is used for grouting the grout in the pump head cylinder block into a drill hole. The pump head piston performs reciprocating motion along the inner wall of the pump head cylinder block. The hydraulic device is used for powering the pump head piston to allow the pump head piston to perform the reciprocating motion along the inner wall of the pump head cylinder block. The hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic cylinder block, a piston head and a piston connecting rod. The hydraulic cylinder block is connected with a hydraulic system of a drilling machine through two connectors. The piston head which performs reciprocating motion along the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder block is disposed between the two connectors. The piston connecting rod is connected between the piston head and the pump head piston. The hydraulic grouting pump is low in cost, high in pressure, light, and convenient for downhole movement.
