The intelligent adjusting system comprises a light sensor, a strong light source positioning device, an eye positioning device, the sun-shading plate and a controller, wherein the sun-shading plate is in signal connection with the controller and is used for stretching, contracting and steering according to instructions of the controller, and the controller is arranged on the basis of the eye position and the strong light source position to adjust and stretching and contracting quantity and the steering quantity of the sun-shading plate in real time so as to prevent strong light from directly irradiating eyes of drivers. The sun-shading plate can shade most strong light coming from the front of automobiles due to a stretching and contracting function, and can shade most strong light coming from the front lateral side of automobiles due to a steering function. The sun-shading plate has the stretching and contracting function so that the stretching and contracting length of the sun-shading plate can be determined according to the direction of a strong light source, namely only the necessary stretching and contracting length of the sun-shading plate is maintained. The intelligent adjusting system prevents strong light from directly irradiating eyes and simultaneously reduces interference of the sun-shading plate to the drivers.
