The invention provides a method for removing grape virus disease and rapidly propagating seedling for cabernet gernischet grape variety. The method comprises the steps of: primary selection of clone, cultivation of test-tube plantlet shoot-tips, heat treatment for removing virus, transplantation and domestication of test-tube plantlet, virus detection, and rapid propagation of virus-free seedlings. The method has the beneficial effects that the virus removing effect of the cabernet gernischet grape variety can be up to over 90% by the method disclosed by the invention, and the production purpose can be highlighted, so that the virus removing work is simpler and more effective; manpower, material resources and financial resources can be saved, and the survival rate of the grape variety is effectively improved.
