The invention discloses a flue gas wet-type reduction integrated desulfurization and denitration and harmless processing and resource utilization method. The method comprises the following steps of: leading the flue gas containing SO2 and NOX into an acid ferric iron solution or a mixed solution of ferric iron and ferrous iron; absorbing NOX and sulfur dioxide at 0-100 DEG C to generate a dark brown mixed solution consisting of nitroso ferrite, sulfate and little nitric acid and nitrous acid to finally realize desulfurization and denitration processing of the flue gas; adding a reducing agent and a catalyst into the mixed solution so that the absorbed nitroso group is transformed into nitrogen to realize harmless processing; and finally, performing oxidation, separation and crystallization on the absorption liquid after the harmless processing to obtain ferric sulfate or ferric chloride products and realize resource utilization of the flue gas.
