The invention provides an electromotor rotor and an electromotor with the same. The electromotor rotor disclosed by the invention comprises an iron core and permanent magnets arranged in the iron core, wherein a plurality of groups of mounting slots are arranged in the iron core along the circumference direction of the iron core; each group of mounting slots comprises two or more than two mounting slots which are arranged at intervals on the radial direction of the iron core; a plurality of groups of permanent magnets are arranged; each permanent magnet in each group of permanent magnets is correspondingly embedded into each mounting slot of each group of mounting slots; and the thickness of the middle part of each permanent magnet on a cross section vertical to the axis of the rotor is more than the thickness of two ends of each permanent magnet. The electromotor disclosed by the invention comprises the electromotor rotor. According to the electromotor rotor and the electromotor with the same disclosed by the invention, the shape of the permanent magnets is optimized, the thickness of the middle part of each permanent magnet on the cross section vertical to the axis of the rotor is more than the thickness of two ends of each permanent magnet, so that more permanent magnets can be arranged in a rotor with a certain area, the occupancy of the permanent magnet under each pole is improved, and therefore the electromotor efficiency is improved.
