The invention relates to a manufacture process of a PE braided base cloth digital printing material. The manufacture process includes a PE braided base cloth layer. Firstly a lower layer of macromolecule material base coating is arranged on the surface of the PE braided base cloth layer, then an upper layer of macromolecule material top coating is arranged again on the surface of the lower layer of the macromolecule material base coating. The manufacture process includes: putting the PE braided base cloth layer and coating in, scraping, drying in sections, pressing and adhering, cooling in sections, putting the coating in, scraping, drying in sections, pressing and adhering, cooling in sections, rolling, testing the quality, slitting and packaging, and storing. The materials have good adhesive force by coating a mixture of polyurethane resin, silicon dioxide, defoamer, dispersing agent, and solvent twice on the PE braided base cloth. The printed patterns have clear outlines. The product has high strength, high weathering resistance, and high wear resistance. The material is green and environment-friendly.
