The invention relates to a flange plate, and in particular relates to an electric magnetic flange plate which is applicable to the mechanical industry, the welding industrial or the automatic production line industry. A screw rod adjusting and locating mechanism which is transversely distributed along a center line is arranged in a chuck; and the two side ends of the center line of the screw rod adjusting and locating mechanism are respectively provided with a permanent magnet suction cup mechanism, and the two permanent magnet suction cup mechanisms are arranged in a symmetrical way. The electric magnetic flange plate is simple in structure, wide in application scope, convenient to operate and low in maintenance cost.
