The invention discloses a ball receiving and launching barrel for an ocean platform. The ball receiving and launching barrel comprises a ball launching barrel and a ball receiving barrel, wherein the outlet of the ball launching barrel is connected with the inlet of a subsea pipeline; the inlet of the ball receiving barrel is connected with the outlet of the subsea pipeline; the ball launching barrel is provided with a ball inlet and a process inlet; a ball inlet quick opening blind plate is arranged on the ball inlet; the ball receiving barrel is provided with a ball outlet and a process outlet; a ball outlet quick opening blind plate is arranged on the ball outlet; and the ball launching barrel and the ball receiving barrel are fixed on individual sledge seats, respectively. The ball receiving and launching barrel is simple in structure, full in range of functions, convenient to use, and high in ball receiving and launching efficiencies.
