An image signal processing circuit comprises a processing circuit (131) that carries out image processing with one color signal (B), from among a plurality of color signals, that possesses a resolution on the near point side; and an enhancement processing unit (132) that carries out enhancement processing, applying an inverse function of a point spread function (PSF) upon a signal that is image processed with one color signal by the processing circuit.
