本发明涉及一种经济型540MPa级铁素体贝氏体热轧双相钢及其生产方法，按照质量百分比，含有C:≤0.20％，Si：≤1.80％，Mn：≤2.00％，P:≤0.050％，S：≤0.015％，Nb：≤0.10％，以及余量Fe。采用如下步骤生产：铁水预处理；转炉冶炼；合金微调站；LF精炼；连铸；热连轧。

The invention relates to an economical-type 540MPa-grade ferrite bainite hot-rolled dual-phase steel and a production method thereof. The steel comprises the components of, by mass: no more than 0.20% of C, no more than 1.80% of Si, no more than 2.00% of Mn, no more than 0.050% of P, no more than 0.015% of S, no more than 0.10% of Nb, and balance of Fe. The steel is produced through the steps of: molten iron pretreatment, converter smelting, alloy fine-tuning station processing, LF refining, continuous casting, and hot continuous rolling.
