The invention relates to a data synchronization method of a remote control channel. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a buffer area in the channel; simultaneously sending data to a synchronizing channel and a synchronized channel; using the synchronizing channel to send a received receipt to a scheduler to wait for an acknowledgement frame of scheduling; enabling the synchronized channel to perform dividing and checking on information to be sent at the end of the synchronized channel by adopting a fuzzy calculation method according to a time window; and deleting the information sent by the synchronizing channel. According to the method disclosed by the invention, effective and accurate dividing and checking can be performed on the information to be sent, so that the double channels can prevent missing sending and resending of the information after switching of the channels.
