The invention relates to a crude krypton and xenon extraction system and a process for extracting crude krypton and xenon by utilizing the same. Liquid oxygen product is extracted out from a plurality of theoretical plates on the bottom of an upper column via a liquid oxygen pipeline, the concentration of krypton and xenon at the position is lower than the concentration of krypton and xenon on the column bottom, meanwhile, the content of CH4 is one order of magnitude less than the content of CH4 in a main evaporator condenser, and consequently, the amount of krypton and xenon brought away by the liquid oxygen product is reduced, so that more krypton and xenon can be enriched by the main evaporator condenser; and meanwhile, a small amount of liquid oxygen material is extracted from the position and enters a crude krypton and xenon column via a second liquid oxygen pipeline to control the content of CH4 in crude krypton and xenon product. The crude krypton and xenon column can be put into operation flexibly, the working condition of the main column cannot be affected at all, and moreover, whether an argon production system is arranged on an air separation unit or not and whether the argon production system is put into operation or not are not limited; great convenience is brought to users in flow selection, operation is simpler and more convenient, and energy consumption is reduced.
