An acupuncture needle capable of measuring six-component micro-force of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture manipulation is characterized in that twisting strain gauges and translation strain gauges are respectively adhered on twisting strain beams, swing strain gauges and lifting and inserting strain gauges are respectively adhered on light and inserting beams. Signal wires of the twisting strain gauges, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges pass through an inner hole of a needle handle, one end of each signal wire is connected with one twisting strain gauge, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges and bridged, and the other ends of the signal wires of the twisting strain gauges, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges are respectively communicated with a dynamic and static strain tester. When the acupuncture needle applies force, force F and moments M are generated in the directions of x, y and z, the acquired data are analyzed subsequently by a computer so as to measure the force born by a needle body in the acupuncture process in real time and quantitatively, therefore, experiments means and scientific evidences are provided for the researches on acupuncture manipulation and objective judgments on the treatment effects of acupuncture, and a novel technical method is also provided for other biological and medical engineering fields to measure the multi-component micro-force and micro-displacement signals.
