The invention discloses a perfume material additive for natural tobaccos with regional characteristics as well as a preparation method and application of the perfume material additive. The perfume material additive is prepared from jackfruits as the main raw materials, wherein the jackfruits are 10ppm-0.1% of cut tobaccos. The additive prepared by the invention can be used for remarkably showing the regional characteristics and styles of a cigarette product, reducing the smoke dry sensation, improving the comfort degree of the cigarette and relieving the smoking harm. The prepared perfume material additive for natural tobaccos with regional characteristics, is used for producing cigarettes according to a proportion which is 10ppm-0.1% of cut tobaccos and sprayed on a cut tobacco sample according to a conversional perfuming process and can be stored by sealing for 24 hours.
