The miniature inverted biological microscope comprises a frame, a light source system, a condenser lens, the objective lens, an eyepiece, and an object stage with a glass slide, wherein the light source system, the condenser lens, the glass slide and the objective lens are sequentially distributed from the top down; the eyepiece is positioned at one side part of the objective lens; steering lenses used for steering light rays transmitted from the objective lens and enabling the light rays to enter the eyepiece are arranged at the lower parts of the objective lens and the eyepiece; and the light source system, the condenser lens, the objective lens, the eyepiece and the object stage are all arranged on the frame.
