The power system planning method comprises the steps of: determining an influencing factor set of power system planning in the remote area; determining a 35kV power distribution building mode of power supply in the remote area, forming a power supply mode of the remote area and classifying; analyzing an applicable condition and an applicable range of the power supply mode of the remote area; and designing a power system engineering of the power supply mode of the remote area. On the basis of the conventional power system building mode, the power supply mode of the remote area is created, with the 35kV power distribution building as a main part, by combining with a single-phase and three-phase hybrid power distribution technology and a distributed power generation technology, the technical advantages of 35kV power distribution, single-phase and three-phase hybrid power distribution, distributed power generation and the like are fully developed and utilized; aiming at the influencing factor set of power system planning in the remote area, measures are adjusted according to local conditions, problems of difficulty in site selection, high cost, long construction period and the like in the power system building of the remote area are solved, and technical support and basis are provided for power system planning and building of the remote area.
