The invention relates to a treatment technology for producing organic fertilizer by tobacco field waste and a fermentation tank thereof. According to the above research, tobacco leaves inapplicable to the field are comprehensively utilized to achieve the purpose of changing waste material into things of value. The fermentation tank adopted by the treatment technology has the advantages of simple structure and good fermentation effect and is convenient to use. The smashed tobacco field waste is fermented at high temperature in the fermentation tank, and pathogenic bacteria, especially harmful substances, such as mosaic virus and residual pesticide carried on the abandoned tobacco leaves, in the tobacco field waste can be effectively killed to prevent the pathogenic bacteria from damaging soil.
