The production method comprises the following steps of: using 80-100 parts by weight of masson pine and 5-20 parts by weight of eucalyptus wood to form a mixed fiber raw material, preparing sulfate paper pulp with the Kappa number of 38-48 by displacement cooking through a DDS (displacement digester system), pulping the sulfate paper pulp to 20-23 degrees SR (Schopper-Riegler) via the pulping concentration of 3.5%-4.5%, desanding, conditioning, fine-screening by a pressure screen, placing on a net for forming, squeezing, drying and calendering by a soft roller. As for the paper, the tightness is 0.5-0.75g/cm<3>, the bursting index is not lower than 3.5Kpa.m<2>/g, the longitudinal tensile strength index is not lower than 60Nm/g, the transverse tensile strength index is not lower than 27Nm/g, the tearing index is not lower than 10mN.m<2>/g, the content of water-soluble sulfates is not higher than 150mg/kg, the content of water-soluble chlorides is not higher than 200mg/kg, and the pH value of water extract is 6.5-8.
