A fan of the wind power collecting mechanism is driven to rotate by flowing of airflow generated by rotation of a heat radiating fan of the air conditioner, wind energy can be converted into kinetic energy, a motor shaft of a miniature power generator is driven to move by kinetic energy transmission through a transmission belt and a transmission part, so that the power generating set can generate power, the kinetic energy can be converted into electric energy which can be stored by a storage battery. On the premise without affecting normal heat radiation of the air conditioner, a part of kinetic energy wasted during rotation of the heat radiating fan of the heat radiator can be utilized by the power generating set so as to be converted into usable electric energy for charging small and medium sized household appliances, cellphones and the like in daily life, or the power generating set can be used as accumulators of electric vehicles, and environment protection and energy conservation are realized.
