The preparation method of the pillow cover with skin caring and face nourishing effects comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a rose essential oil microcapsule from rose essential oil, a microcapsule solution and the like; 2, adding a dye to the rose essential oil microcapsule, adding water, and stirring to prepare a dye solution; 3, dip-dying yarns in the dye solution, and fixing; and 4, weaving the dip-dyed yarns into a pillow cover, and heating. According to the invention, extracts of pure natural rose leaves are adopted, no chemical components are contained, and a most advanced nanometer microcapsule slow release technology is adopted, so the rose fragrance can be lastingly and uniformly released, and the comfort level of the pillow cover is not influenced.
