The invention relates to recycling methods for waste plastics, in particular to a recycling method for polyurethane foam plastics. The method includes: enabling waste rigid polyurethane foam plastics (WRPUF) to be decrosslinked, mixing decrosslinked rigid polyurethane with nylon, and finally being formed into plates in extrusion or compression mode, thereby achieving the purposes of improvement of mechanical performance of the nylon and recycling of waste resources. The rigid polyurethane foam plastics and nylon plastics are used for compressing the plates, material sources are wide, cost is low, technological requirements are simple, the waste resources are recycled, environmental protection problems are reduces, and simultaneously more economic value can be created.
