本发明涉及一种相间间隔棒绝缘件，包括芯棒，其创新点在于：所述芯棒的两端压接有连接金具，所述连接金具的杆体部分安装有均压环，所述芯棒上注塑成型有伞裙段和护套段，所述伞裙段和护套段均至少有一个。护套段和伞裙段均可直接利用原有模具进行注塑成型，无需另外购置新模具，同时也满足了相间间隔棒中爬电距离和电弧距离符合国家标准，降低了生产成本。

The invention relates to a phase-to-phase spacer insulator, which comprises a mandrel, and is creatively characterized in that: connection fittings are pressed at two ends of the mandrel; grading rings are arranged on rod body parts of the connection fittings; and at least one umbrella skirt section and at least one sheath section are injection-molded on the mandrel. The sheath section and the umbrella skirt section can be injection molded by directly using the conventional die, so that extra new dies do not need to be purchased; furthermore, a creepage distance and an arc distance in the phase-to-phase spacer accord with the standard in China; and the production cost is reduced.
