The modified EVA foaming body comprises ethylene ethyl acetate copolymer, polyolefin elastomer, lignocelluloses powder, foaming agent, bridging agent, activator and zinc oxide at a mass ratio of 70:30:(20-80):(3.0-5.0):(0.4-1.0):(1.0-3.0):(0.5-2.5). The modified EVA foaming body has a specific weight of lower than 0.2, light weight and compression set resistance of lower than 50% and can be worn for a long time, the insoles of a pair of shoes prepared with the modified foaming body have light weight and good durability, the modified EVA foaming body is suitable for producing insoles and pads of various sports and casual shoes and has an important application value.
