The invention discloses an abnormal-shaped single wire locating device for producing soft aluminum twisted wires. When conveyed, abnormal-shaped single wires are first located through a guide locating mechanism formed by two groups of wire-passing guide wheels which are correspondingly matched and then conveyed in guiding mode. The locating device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, good in practical applicability, and capable of well guiding and locating soft aluminum single wires with Z-shaped or S-shaped cross sections of novel products during a conveying process, avoids the conditions of turnover or breakage of the single wires during the conveying process, improves production quality of the soft aluminum twisted wires, and meanwhile avoids increasing production cost causedby additionally arranging production equipment for the novel products.
