The invention discloses a cell coordinating method and a base station and belongs to the technical field of communication. The cell coordinating method comprises the following steps of: receiving a SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) configuration requirement of a collaborating cell, and configuring a second SRS parameter for a local cell according to the SRS configuration requirement of the collaborating cell. The invention also discloses the base station which comprises an acquiring module and a first configuring module.
