Provided is a water circulation device. The water circulation device comprises: a corrugated draft tube including a main body which has a hollow cylindrical shape, and which is arranged in a water area, a main inlet port which is formed in a lower end of the main body to enable water stagnating in a lower layer of the water area to be fed therethrough, a plurality of sub-inlet ports which are formed at a side wall of the main body to enable water adjacent to the side wall to be fed therethrough; and a diffusion portion formed on the top of the main body to discharge the fed water to an upper layer of the water area adjacent to the top of the main body. Water fed into the draft tube is discharged to the upper layer of the adjacent water area via the diffusion portion by an impeller which rotates in a predetermined direction by means of a driving motor. Thus, water in the water area circulates in an efficient manner, and the formation of a dead zone is prevented.
