The X-shaped outrigger comprises a front outrigger and a rear outrigger, wherein an upper reinforcement block and a lower reinforcement block are arranged on the two sides of an arc transition position between the front outrigger and the rear outrigger respectively; the upper reinforcement block is embedded into a web plate and an upper cover plate and is welded with the web plate and the upper cover plate; and the lower reinforcement block is embedded into the web plate and a lower bottom plate and is welded with the web plate and the lower bottom plate. The outrigger has low welding seam amount and welding mount at a great circular arc transition position and is easy to weld, and the structural intensity of the outrigger can be obviously improved. In addition, the front outrigger has higher structural intensity, and the front outrigger and the rear outrigger cannot be interfered with a walking board.
