The invention discloses a micro-nano combined active-passive mixed sound absorption structure and a control method thereof. The micro-nano combine active-passive mixed sound absorption structure is characterized in that nano tubes are uniformly filled in a sound absorption porous material to form a passive sound absorption structure, the front plane of the passive sound absorption structure is exposed in a vertically incident sound wave, and the back of the passive sound absorption structure is an elliptic plane; and the elliptic plane of the passive sound absorption structure is adhered with a piezoelectric film with the thickness in micron grade to form an active control execution device of the mixed sound absorption structure. In the invention, active noise control and the improved sound absorption material are combined to a specific mixed sound absorption structure, thus the effective sound absorption frequency band is greatly expanded, the volume of the sound absorption structure is greatly reduced, the active control voltage is reduced, and the control effect is better.
