The present invention discloses a cell line derived from a recurrent focus after human small cell lung cancer radiotherapy. The cell line is named 0225-11Scac. The preservation number of the cell line is CCTCCNO: C201025. According to the present invention, the cell line is successfully prepared by culturing the lung recurrent tumor excision of the lung cancer patient, wherein the pathological type of the lung cancer is the small cell lung cancer, and the patient is treated by chemotherapy with VP-16, carboplatin and paclitaxel, and lung local radiotherapy. The cell line has typical tumor cell biology characteristics, and can continuously and long-termly passage in vitro. Meanwhile, the present invention further discloses a preparation method for the cell line.
