The invention relates to the technical field of branched wells, in particular to an integrated replacement process of a branched well whipstock and a hollow whipstock. The process comprises the following steps of: descending a branched well whipstock and hollow whipstock integrated device before casing sidetracking and side tracking of a branched well borehole; carrying out and completing the planning drilling work of the branched well borehole; when the drilling work of the branched well borehole is completed and well cementing or well completion is required, directly fishing up a whipstocking inner sleeve of the branched well whipstock and hollow whipstock integrated device; and keeping the outside outer guide sleeve in situ. According to the integrated replacement process of the branched well whipstock and the hollow whipstock disclosed by the invention, the replacement process of the branched well window whipstock and the hollow whipstock is simplified, so that the process is completed in a single drilling step, and the construction difficulty is reduced. The defects that the whipstock is difficult to fish up and the size of the hollow whipstock is not matched with that of the window in the prior art are overcome.
