The invention provides a quickly-aligned screen protector, which comprises three layers sequentially connected, wherein a PET (Polyester) screen protector is arranged as an intermediate layer; a bottom layer is a protecting layer of the intermediate layer; and an aligned PET is arranged as an upper layer and is provided with at least two points or patterns. The invention also provides a quick film laminating method, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a film laminating picture in a machine to be subjected to film lamination; calling the film laminating picture; and laminating the film by using a film provided with the aligned screen protector. The screen protector can be used for laminating the film by using different geometrical patterns or lines (indefinite geometrical patterns) and a multi-point aligning method. A plurality of angles or points can be seen at a glance; and the unified align and one-step correct lamination are realized without being repeated for multiple times. The phenomenon that a protecting film is discarded is avoided. In addition, the film lamination can be accurately realized by a general consumer without being operated by a professional person.
