The embodiment of the invention provides a simple electricity testing device of a 35-kV handcart switch. The device comprises an isolating baffle and a fastener, wherein at least one first electricity testing hole is formed in the surface of the isolating baffle; the fastener faces the isolating baffle and is arranged in parallel; the fastener and the isolating baffle can relatively slide; at least one second electricity testing hole is formed in the surface of the fastener; one end of a reset elastic device is fixed at one end, toward the sliding direction, of the fastener; the other end of the reset elastic device is fixed at one end of the isolating baffle; a fixed end of a conversion mechanism is fixed on the fastener; the conversion mechanism is used for pulling the fastener to slideto an electricity testing working position during starting; the reset elastic device is used for pushing the fastener away from the electricity testing working position when the conversion mechanism is closed; and only when the fastener is in the electricity testing working position, the second electricity testing hole in the fastener and the first electricity testing hole in the isolating baffleare in one-to-one superposition.
