The invention discloses a high-pressure DC (direct current) ice melting device with an active filtering function, comprising an input isolation function module, a detection function module, a reactor function module, a master control function module, a multi-level converter function module and an output switch control function module. The high-pressure DC ice melting device is used for solving the problems: the generality is insufficient and the ice melting of various voltage class transmission lines of electrical power systems is not realized in the existing DC ice melting device; because the existing device is designed based on two level converter structure of a voltage source and is in need of a passive filtering device, the volume and cost of the passive filtering device are increased with the increment of the design capacity of the system, and the losses of the system are increased; and because the existing DC ice melting device is provided with an ice melting function only, the utilization rate of the device is low under the condition of no icing on the line.
