The invention provides a condenser, which is provided with a first air inlet pipe and a second air inlet pipe, wherein the first air inlet pipe and the second air inlet pipe are two condensation pipes which are adjacent to each other in the condenser. Moreover, the invention also provides an air conditioner with the condenser. The adjacency of the first air inlet pipe and the second air inlet pipe facilitates improvement of the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser.
