The invention relates to a bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter which is prepared by mixing 20 to 40 parts of NOYEES protein-complex enzyme, 5 to 12 parts of BIO-A composite bioactive substance, 5 to 10 parts of hemicellulase, 5 to 15 parts of BIO-P bioactivator and 23 to 55 parts of water. When the bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter is applied, the bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter is added with water to be diluted into bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter solution with the mass concentration of 5 to 10 percent; the bio-enzyme blockage removalproduction promoter solution is used to carry out blockage removal and has the using amount of 20 to 40m3; clear water is used to carry out displacement; and the shut-in reaction is performed for 24 to 72 hours. Due to the adoption of the bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter, the problem of thickened oil can be effectively solved, and the blockage of organic scale such as colloid, waxes, asphaltene and the like and the damage caused by fracturing polymer residues are eliminated. The bio-enzyme blockage removal production promoter has good capability of dredging an oil flowing channel, is green, environmental-friendly and non-corrosive, has an effect of preventing the scales from being deposited, has a good effect of improving and stabilizing a stratum rock core, has the obviousoil reservoir protection characteristic, and can be used when the operation is not carried out.
