The invention relates to a shield arrival gate plate type emergency safety device, which comprises a framework, a left gate, a right gate and an upper cover plate, wherein the framework and a steel tunnel ring embedded in a tunnel portal are connected into a whole through a transition flange; sealing rubber strips are arranged at the periphery of the left gate and separably arranged on the left side of the framework; sealing rubber strips are arranged at the periphery of the right gate and separably arranged on the right side of the framework; the upper cover is separably arranged on the upper edge of the framework; and after the left gate, the right gate and the upper cover plate are arranged in place, the whole device forms a closed space. In the device, due to the adoption of a mode of sealing the gates, phenomena such as water leakage, mud leakage and the like during shield arrival are controlled actively to fulfill the aim of reducing risks. Moreover, the device adopts a pre-fabricated structure, is low in construction cost and convenient to disassemble and install, can be recycled, and is applicable for shield tunneling engineering in any forms.
