The invention relates to a rotary static pressure injection type cone static penetration coupler used for connecting a rotary probe rod and a non-rotary static penetration probe. The rotary static pressure injection type cone static penetration coupler comprises a rotary probe rod joint (1), a connecting piece (4) and a non-rotary static penetration probe joint (5), wherein the connecting piece (4) is connected with the rotary probe rod joint (1) in a rotating manner, the connecting piece (4) is fixedly connected with the non-rotary static penetration probe joint (5); and the rotary probe rod joint (1) and the non-rotary static penetration probe joint (5) are coaxially arranged. When the rotary static pressure injection type cone static penetration coupler provided by the invention is in operation, the rotary probe rod joint 1 rotates with the rotary probe rod together, and the non-rotary static penetration probe joint 5 and a non-rotary static penetration probe do not rotate, thus the aim of static penetration is achieved and a static penetration injection mechanism is not changed.
