The invention discloses a preparation method of fatty amide polyoxyethylene ether. The expression formula of fatty amide polyoxyethylene ether is shown in the specification, wherein in the expression formula, n is 2-25; and R is long-chain alkyl. According to the invention, fatty amide polyoxyethylene ether is obtained by polymerization reaction under the conditions of high vacuum and high-temperature dehydration in the presence of a catalyst. The preparation method has the characteristics that process is simple and environmentally-friendly and is convenient for operation.
