本发明的目的在于提供一种密封性和耐碘染色性优异色素敏化型太阳能电池用密封剂，和使用该色素敏化型太阳能电池用密封剂而成的色素敏化型太阳能电池。本发明涉及含有阳离子聚合性化合物和光阳离子聚合引发剂的色素敏化型太阳能电池用密封剂，其中，在上述阳离子聚合性化合物100重量份中，含有20～80重量份的主链中具有醚结构且分子内具有2官能以上的氧杂环丁烷基的饱和烃化合物。

Disclosed is a sealing agent for a dye-sensitized solar cell, which has an excellent sealing property and excellent iodine stain resistance. Also disclosed is a dye-sensitized solar cell produced using the sealing agent. Specifically disclosed is a sealing agent for a dye-sensitized solar cell, which comprises a cationically polymerizable compound and a cationic photopolymerization initiator, wherein a saturated hydrocarbon compound having an ether structure in the main chain thereof and two or more functionalities of oxetanyl groups per molecule is contained in an amount of 20 to 80 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the cationically polymerizable compound.
