本发明公开了一种火焰加热炉管架，含有U形吊杆、立柱吊轴、管托支座、立柱导向筒、支撑管托，特征在于：支撑管托由弧形托板、导向支耳和支撑板组成，支撑板连接在弧形托板的弧顶或者弧底，导向支耳与弧形托板相连。炉出入口管的垂直位移量仅相当于采用直梯型辐射管架的50％左右。

The invention discloses a flame heating furnace pipe rack. The flame heating furnace pipe rack comprises a U-shaped suspension rod, upright post suspension shafts, a pipe support bracket, upright post guide cylinders and supporting pipe supports, and is characterized in that: each supporting pipe support consists of an arc support plate, guide lugs and a supporting plate; the supporting plate is connected with the arc top or the arc bottom of the arc support plate; and the guide lugs are connected with the arc support plate. The vertical displacement of a furnace outlet pipe and a furnace inlet pipe is only about 50 percent of that of a straight ladder radiation pipe rack.
