The invention provides a support device and an automotive trim panel comprising the same. The support device comprises a support surface and a mounting surface which are connected; the support surface is used for supporting a side wall inner shield; and the mounting surface is used for fixing the support surface. The automotive trim panel comprises the side wall inner shield and the support device. The support surface of the support device is attached to the side wall inner shield, and is used for supporting the side wall inner shield. By the support device and the automotive trim panel, the support surface is arranged to support the side wall inner shield, so that the rigidity and the strength of the side wall inner shield can be improved and the vibration and noise caused by the overlong side wall inner shield are avoided.
