Provided are wafers for forming many package products each of which has a cavity wherein an operation piece is stored between the wafers by anodically bonding the wafers in a stacked state. The wafer has a product region wherein many recessed sections to be the cavities when the wafer is stacked on other wafer are formed. The product region is provided with a groove or a slit, which extends from the center portion toward the outer side in the radius direction of the wafer and reaches the outer side.
