The invention provides a quick start method for a power-supply system of a CRDM (control rod drive mechanism). The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: starting a No.1 unit of the power-supply system of the CRDM; starting a No.2 unit after the No.1 unit runs stably and outputs; in the process that the motor of the No.2 unit starts and accelerates, automatically throwing in excitations by the motor of the No.2 unit, detecting the relationship between output voltages, frequencies, phases and the like of the two generator units and instructing an output breaker of the motorof the No.2 unit to switch on by a synchronizing device so as to finish synchronization; and when the synchronization is unsuccessful, switching on an input breaker of the motor of the No.2 unit automatically in short time, and continuing the detection and sending an order by the synchronizing device so as to finish the synchronization. A quick synchronizing synchronization method is provided, and the quick start and output capacity of the CRDM can be realized.
