The invention relates to a locking structure for a computer panel. The locking structure comprises a lateral plate, a front plate arranged on the front side of the lateral plate, a panel for covering the front plate, a locking module arranged on the panel and a buckling sheet arranged on the front plate, wherein the locking module can be driven by a key to rotate to a first position where the locking module is buckled with the buckling sheet mutually, so that the panel is in the locking state or rotate to a second position where the buckling sheet is released to render the panel in the unlocking state. In the locking structure for the computer panel, the computer panel is needed to be locked or opened by utilizing the key, so the computer panel can be prevented from being opened by any person without permission.
