The invention relates to a process for preventing fogging and explosion of coal dried tail gas in dry bag-type dust removal process. The process comprises the following steps of: sucking high-dew-point and low-oxygen-content dust-containing dried tail gas which is exhausted from the tail of a drier into a bag-type dust remover by a draught fan for gas-solid separation; discharging separated dust which is deposited at the bottom of the bag-type dust remover by a star discharger; drawing purified carrier gas and water vapour to a safety place by the draught fan for exhausting; drawing a part ofthe tail gas from an outlet pipeline of the bag-type dust remover by a circulating fan; mixing a part of air which is heated by an air heater; and heating the air by using a circulating heater, and mixing into an outlet tail gas pipeline of the drier. The aim of preventing the fogging of the tail gas in the dried tail gas treatment process is fulfilled by cyclically heating the part of the tail gas and mixing a certain amount of hot air, the aim of preventing the explosion is fulfilled by controlling the content of oxygen in an outlet of the bag-type dust remover, and the fogging of the driedtail gas in the bag-type dust remover is prevented during explosion prevention.
