The invention relates to process control and management of a field explosive mixed loading truck, in particular to a control system of the field explosive mixed loading truck. The control system consists of an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, an electromagnetic valve, a sensor, an electric switch and a control device which are arranged on the explosive mixed loading truck, wherein the control device consists of a process control module, a video monitoring module, a data communication module and a GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning module; the data communication module is connected with the process control module, the video monitoring module and the GPS positioning module through data lines respectively, and communicates with a ground station control center through a wireless communication module; and the process control module has the functions of acquiring data from a production process system, automatically controlling the production process, monitoring, alarming, and the like. The control system has failure self-diagnosis, video monitoring, GPS positioning, data communication functions and the like. Necessary conditions for realizing remote monitoring of the field explosive mixed loading truck are provided.
