The invention provides a method and a device for continuously treating dye wastewater with immobilized Pleurotus ostreatus and Pseudomonas putida. The dye wastewater continuous treatment device comprises two Pleurotus ostreatus reactors I and II and a Pseudomonas putida reactor which are connected in series. obvious dye wastewater treatment effect can be achieved on the following conditions: the water bath temperature of the treatment device is controlled within the range from 28 DEG C to 32 DEG C, the volume ratio of the dye wastewater to the immobilized strains in each reactor is 1:(0.08 to 0.12), the inflow velocity of the wastewater is controlled within the range from 3 mL/min to 7 mL/min, the quantity of dissolved oxygen is 4 mg/L to 8 mg/L, the colority and the CODCr (chemical oxygen demand) removal rate of the dye wastewater are measured every 24 hours, and the colority and the CODCr removal rate of the dye wastewater are both maintained above 83% during the 38-day continuous treatment process. Acetobacter xylinum, Pleurotus ostreatus and Pseudomonas putida used in the invention are from the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC).
