The invention relates to a method for improving coagulation effect of isoprene rubber by adding a release agent. The method is characterized in that: the release agent consists of 70 to 90 weight parts of fatty acid salt and 10 to 30 weight parts of a moulding material; the release agent is prepared into solution with water and then is mixed with isoprene rubber liquid from a polymerization section by using a metering pump and a static mixer after mixing is performed to enter a coagulation kettle to coagulate; the mass content of the aqueous solution of the release agent is 5 to 10 weight percent; and the using amount of the release agent is maintained to be 0.05 to 0.1 kilogram per ton of rubber. Due to the addition of the release agent, phenomena of hanging rubber, blocking rubber, holding a shaft and carrying a kettle in the coagulation kettle in the coagulation process can be avoided; the driving cycle of the coagulation kettle is prolonged; oil content of the isoprene rubber obtained by coagulation can be reduced; vapor consumption is reduced; the subsequent extruding and drying procedures can be performed successfully; and production cost of the isoprene rubber is reduced.
