The invention relates to a novel drought resistant synergistic water fertilizer conditioner and a preparation method thereof. The novel drought resistant synergistic water fertilizer conditioner comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 0-3% of polymers, 20%-30% of natural minerals and 67%-77% of farmland organic wastes. The preparation method of the water fertilizer conditioner comprises the following steps: 1) preparing polymers respectively, and fermenting farmland organic wastes; 2) pretreating and mixing the fermented farmland organic wastes and natural minerals, and then mixing with the polymers, adding natural minerals twice to reach the required proportion; and 3) using the mixed materials to prepare water fertilizer conditioner particles, and inspecting to obtain the finished product. The invention has the following beneficial effects: by adopting the novel drought resistant synergistic water fertilizer conditioner, the water content and nutrients of the soil can be effectively adjusted, water and nutrient can be preserved, the soil can be improved, the growth microenvironment of seeds or plants can be improved and the crop yield can be increased; and the water fertilizer conditioner has the functions of resisting drought, increasing the production, increasing the efficiency and protecting the environment.
