The invention discloses a continuous press, comprising a press frame on which an upper hot pressing plate and a lower hot pressing plate are arranged, an oil cylinder used for controlling the upper hot pressing plate and the lower hot pressing plate, and a steel band rotated in the press circularly. The continuous press comprises a bottom rail, and the press frame is contacted with the bottom rail by way of dynamic friction. According to the continuous press, the press frame is moved longitudinally along the bottom rail, therefore the thermal stress can be released perfectly on the condition that the press is pressurized, and accordingly, the validity of structure is guaranteed. Moreover, the processing structures of a flat guide rail and a slide block are simple, so that the precision is easy to guarantee.
